If something comes up let me know right away within 24 hours of the appointment. No shows will result in a 50% charge of the service they were getting. If you are more than 15 mins late for your appointment, I may not be able to accommodate you. In this case, the same 50% cancellation fee will apply. I will do my best to reschedule your appointment to another time. I do not offer refunds but do offer to fix anything if something happens within two two days of your appointment just message and let me know.
